We are Luke and Laura Miner – a second-generational farming family on a mission to provide our central Minnesota local community with delicious and nutritious grassfed and pasture-raised meats, vegetables and eggs.

To give a bit of our history we’d like to share some of our journey. After a year of marriage, we purchased our 80-acre farm here in the countryside of smalltown Bertha, MN (Luke’s hometown) to raise our children and began farming in order to put some life back into the land and soil.

Over the years, as life has a way of doing, we experienced a handful of health scares and instances with friends and family. This led us on a path of learning more about what we eat and feed our families and the effects it has on our health and well-being. We dove into researching and better understanding how processed and toxic the normal American diet has become.

Through prayer and discernment, we realized that God had given us the ability to help that problem. Though may it be on a small scale we could provide humanely raised, nutritious, grassfed and pasture raised meats, eggs and vegetables.

Now with our seven children (2 girls and 5 boys), we are growing our farm in order to provide our family, friends and local community with these same nutritious and locally grown foods.

We are proud to be a small family farm in the heart of central Minnesota.  We focus on raising our animals in a way that insures a healthy and happy life while producing quality meat and eggs. We raise Galloway Cattle, Berkshire Hogs, Babydoll and PolyPay Sheep, and laying hens of a variety. We also have a few other animals on the farm including our livestock guardian dog, Samson.
